| Cheese Platter Chez Huguette |
At my home away from home
chez Huguette en Bretagne, Huguette, my adopted French mother will sometimes host dinners at her place on Sunday for friends. A cheese platter is usually presented to guests after the entré and before the dessert. Grappes and/or lectuce with vinaigrette dressing accompany the cheese.
